Instructions on how to view webcam if having difficulties: 1. Minimize website on your computer 2. Click on "Internet Explorer" 3. Click on "Tools" 4. Click on "Internet Options" 5. Click on "Security Tab" 6. You will see four zones, make sure "internet" is the one highlighted 7. Click on "Custom Levels" 8. Scroll down till you see..."download unsigned active x controls" 9. Click on "prompt" instead of "disable" or "enable" 10. Click "ok" and exit out 11. Go back and click on view webcam again
